Tour of Somewhere in Europe

I just want to figure out how to work the map feature. I "geo-assigned" a couple of my photos on the map, but that doesn't seem to matter when simply viewing the blog (i.e., not logged in as me).

So let's say I'm in San Diego, California. How do I get that to show on the map?
